Allison Nelson

Allison brings a unique blend of leadership, organization, and community-focused service to The Nelson Team. After attending Clemson University and the University of South Carolina, she went on to earn a Masters in Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. Following her education, Allison spent 19 years managing Inlet Pediatrics, where she developed her reputation for excellence in management and personalized service to patients and employees.

In 2025, Allison joined her husband, Jay, in real estate to combine their talents and offer clients a more personal, detail-oriented, and specialized experience in buying and selling homes. Her background in healthcare management translates seamlessly into real estate, where strong communication, trust, and attention to detail are key.

Allison and Jay reside in Pawleys Island with their two daughters, Addie and Bennett. She enjoys any kind of boating and beaching, cooking, watching football, playing Mahjong, and walking the family's two dogs, Peaches (Goldendoodle) and Smoke (Wirehaired Pointing Griffon).
